All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Customers are responsible for checking that all delivery information is correct before submitting an order and checking the order confirmation email. Storyline Chocolates is not responsible for our products melting during the delivery process, especially if the order must be left outside on the doorstep because no one is home. We do take great care in packing to minimize any damage that may be incurred during transit. We make no profit on delivery.
